Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and are considered confirmed only after receiving confirmation from our team.
Tour Prices: Prices are based on the package and options selected. The final price may vary depending on the number of travelers, activities, or additional services selected.
Cancellation & Date Changes: Please request any cancellation or change of travel date at least 24 hours before the trip.
Meeting Point & Pick-up: Guests are responsible for arriving on time at the agreed meeting point or pick-up location. Late arrival may affect the itinerary and may not be eligible for a refund.
Weather & Outdoor Activities: Outdoor activities may be affected by weather conditions, safety considerations, or park regulations. Where possible, we will offer a suitable alternative or adjust the itinerary accordingly.
Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for providing accurate booking information and informing us in advance of any special requirements that may affect the trip.
